A window structure of a multistory building for emergency escape is provided to enable residents living on upper floors to escape promptly and safely at the time of fire and to secure a safe outlet with an easy manipulation. The window structure includes a first frame(110), a second frame(120), a receiving portion(140) and a net(142). The second frame(120) is pivotally fixed on the first frame(110) via a pivoting shaft(122). The pivoting shaft(122) is disposed on the upper side of the second frame(120) and pivots forwardly by being supported by a torsion spring(123). A holding protrusion(124) is formed on the bottom surface of the second frame(120) and has a fixing recess(125) into which a protrusion(111a) of the first frame is inserted. A support(150) is pivotally fixed on the side of the second frame(120) via a rotation shaft(152), and has a holding recess(151) in the upper end.
