An automatic transfer device of a fuel tank loading pallet and a method thereof are provided to automatically carry out plural fuel tanks loaded at the large loading pallet and to automatically carry out the loading pallet finished emitting the fuel tank by fixing at a certain position. An automatic transfer device of a fuel tank loading pallet comprises a pallet transferring rail unit inserting pallets(10) loading fuel tanks to move and emit the pallets sequentially; plural conveyers installed on a moving region of the pallet transferring rail unit to sequentially move the inserted pallets; a regulating stopper(300) stopping the inserted pallets to locate the pallet at a certain position in each conveyer; and a position fixing power lifter fixing the sequentially moved pallets at an emitting region of the pallet transferring rail unit.
