A method for rearing a character in an MMORPG(Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) using a mobile terminal is provided to induce interest from users by enabling each user to rear character property including a capability value of the character after connecting to a game server with the mobile terminal. If a connection signal is checked, it is checked whether the connection signal is received from a PC through the online network or the mobile terminal through the mobile network(S12). In case of the connection signal received through the online network, the PC is moved to a game space by calling character and game information, and increases a level by accumulating an experience value or asset by obtaining items according to advance of the MMORPG(S15). In the case of the connection signal received through the mobile network, the mobile terminal is moved to a character rearing space by calling/transmitting the character property including basic and battle capability to the mobile terminal, and increases the specific character capability according to a property selection signal and an operation signal of the user(S24). |
