Provided is a functional cosmetic soap composition which is excellent in antiaging effect and skin disease improvement and can be used irrespective of the kind of the quality of water. The functional cosmetic soap composition comprises 3-6 % of a micropowder prepared by mixing 42 wt% of silica, 38 wt% of anhydrous sodium carbonate, 3 wt% of borax(Na2B4O7), 15 wt% of sodium pyrophosphate(Na4P2O7), and 2 wt% of calcium carbonate; injecting the obtained mixture into an electric furnace to condensation melt it at a temperature of 1,400-1,500 deg.C; cooling it; and pulverizing the cooled one into a size of 325 mesh. Preferably the functional cosmetic soap composition comprises further 0.1-0.2 % of EDTA, sun-dried salt, ginseng steamed red extract and/or ginseng extract. |
