A virtual poker style card game, in which a first number of potential community cards from which a final poker hand could be constructed, in combination with their "hole cards", are initially revealed to the players, some of the community cards later being systematically remov ed during game play so as to reduce the actual number of community cards which can ultimately be utilized by the players in forming their final poker hand. To begin game play, all players would initially be dealt their two "hole" cards. Then, a first number of potentially usable community cards are revealed to all the players, face up. All players can now see their two hole cards and the first number of potentially usable community cards. The computer processor will then randomly sequential ly remove some of the community cards, during game play, to arrive at a second, final number o f community cards, from which, in combination with their "hole cards", a final poker hand is constructed by the players, the second, final number of community cards being smaller in number than the first number of potentially usable community cards which were revealed initially to the players.
|
