A method and a mold for manufacturing a link member, which are capable of lowering cost of a product by reducing an amount of a workpiece that is disused, are provided. In upper and lower molds(200,300) on which punches, holes, etc. are respectively formed at opposite locations, and which are formed in a pair to process a workpiece supplied into a desired shape, a mold for manufacturing a link member comprises: a bending punch(210) for bending a central portion of the workpiece such that widthwise both sides of the workpiece are positioned at different lines according to a transfer direction of the workpiece, a pair of piercing punches(230) for forming first and second through holes in both ends of the workpiece, and an upper cutter(270) for cutting the workpiece laterally, wherein the bending punch, a pair of the piercing punches and the upper cutter are sequentially formed on a bottom surface of the upper mold; and a bending die(310), piercing holes(330) and a lower cutter(370) sequentially formed along the workpiece transfer direction on an upper surface of the lower mold correspondingly to the bending punch, the piercing punches and the upper cutter.
