TABLE CLAMP/UNCLAMP MOTION SENSING DEVICE OF MACHING CENTER

An apparatus for sensing clamp/unclamp motion of a table of a machining center is provided to improve the sensing performance of the clamp and unclamp motion and to reduce the processing time by sensing the amplified stroke distance by a switch. An apparatus for sensing clamp/unclamp motion of a table of a machining center comprises a housing(401) combined at the table base; a rod(403) contacted with the lower surface of the pallet base; a rod spring(402) pushing the rod to the upper side; a bracket combined with the table base at the lower side of the housing; a sensing plate(406) whose one end is fixed by a pin and upper surface is contacted with the lower end of the rod; a sensing plate spring for pushing the sensing plate to the upper side; a switch bracket(410) combined at the outer surface of the bracket; and a switch(411) inserted in the switch bracket. The rod contains a housing cover(404) combined at the upper side of the housing to prevent the rod spring from being separated.
