<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a connecting unit fixed by clamps (14) to elastic rails of a windscreen wiper blade (10), and a connection unit (16) fixed at an end of a windscreen wiper arm (26). The connection unit is connected in a pivotable manner to the connecting unit. The connection unit has, on its upper side (30), a deflector structure (20) between an upstream stop (36) and a downstream stop (38). The gap between the connecting and connection units is closed. #CMT# : #/CMT# Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a windscreen wiper blade fixed to a windscreen wiper blade and windscreen wiper arm connecting device (2) a windscreen wiper arm fixed to a windscreen wiper blade and windscreen wiper arm connecting device #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for connecting, in an articulated manner, a windscreen wiper blade (claimed) to a windscreen wiper arm (claimed), where the blade and arm are placed on the glass of a vehicle. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The deflector structure permits to reduce air acceleration and the return of water, thus providing better wiping results. The deflector structure placed between the upstream and downstream stops reduces the rapid increase of the dynamic pressure at the stops. The gap between the connecting and connection units is closed, hence preventing, during the descent movement of the windscreen wiper blade, the water from arriving on the downstream side while passing through an interval between the rails of the blade and the connecting unit.
