A slope protecting facility of a bent part of an environmental river is provided to preclude the riverside from being eroded and improve the growth of the water plants by automatically lifting the upper combining frame having the ecological moving path according to the water level of the river. A slope protecting facility of a bent part of an environmental river is composed of a retaining wall(10) fixed at the lower part of the boundary surface between a river(80) and a bank; a fixing combining frame(20) formed with an insertion concave part where the upper end of the retaining wall is inserted at the lower end, and projected with a projection; an upper combining frame(30) formed with an insertion hole of a sealing extension line at one end and perforated/combined by the combining rod; a sliding planting frame(40) fixed with a buoyant rod at the upper end of the lower part and formed with a planting part at the upper surface; plural riverside blocks(50) arranged at the inclined surface by the combining pin; and an upper finishing concrete(60) formed with a combining slope, formed with a separation prevention combining device having an operating switch, and formed with a overflow blocking film projected to the upper part by the hydraulic pressure jack. |
