A seat structure for preventing submarine phenomena is provided to effectively prevent the submarine phenomena without reducing riding comfort by connecting plural links, locating a hanging link bar usually at the low height, interlocking with movement of a passenger's lower body part only in a vehicle collision, and automatically heightening the hanging link bar. A seat structure for preventing submarine phenomena comprises a submarine preventing means(20) having a seat frame settling a passenger's lower body part; a backrest frame connected with the seat frame by intermediation of the seat frame; both plates(12a,12b) of the seat frame connected on the seat frame by plural links to be interlocked with movement of the passenger's lower body part; each end of a rear link(21) and a front link(23) installed on the plates at regular intervals to be rotated; a middle link(22) on the other end of the rear link and the front link to be rotated; a rear link bar(24) installed between the rear link and the middle link to settle the passenger's lower body part in a vehicle collision; and a hanging link bar(25) installed between the middle link and the front link to be moved upward in a vehicle collision so as to prevent the passenger's lower body part from being pushed forward. |
