A high efficiency plasma inverter is provided to reduce unnecessarily wasted power by supplying stable current to each component through a PFC(Power Factor Collection) circuit. In a high efficiency plasma inverter, a surge protection circuit(100) protects a panel and an inverter when over input voltage is inputted due to the lightning or counter electromotive force. An input filter unit(110) prevents a noise component or high frequency noise from flowing to a commercial power side by using a noise filter. A rectifying circuit unit(120) converts the noise filtered commercial power to a DC component for the inverter. A reactor unit(130) stores a pulsating wave introduced from the rectifying circuit unit(120). A smoothing circuit unit(140) generates stable voltage from the reactor unit(130). A PFC switching unit(150) of a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) method controls pulse width to maintain PFC output voltage uniformly. A PFC controlling unit(160) compensates a power factor by coinciding a current phase of commercial power with a voltage phase. An auxiliary power unit(170) supplies DC voltage power of each device inside the inverter. An MCU(Micro Controller Unit) unit(180) controls the lighting shape of a panel by the voltage generated from the auxiliary power unit(170). A panel state detecting circuit unit(190) automatically detects the breakage of panel, short circuit of line or short of panel. A panel controlling unit(200) sets an oscillating point for each panel. A panel switching unit(210) switches PFC power by receiving a pulse output signal from the panel controlling unit(200). A transformer unit(220) performs vibration and transformation according to a capacitance component and an applied frequency value and turns on the panel. |
