A construction method of a cable tray is provided to stably fix a hanger to a ceiling slab and to remove an additional tool for installing the hanger such as a drill. In a construction method of a cable tray, a socket unit has a plurality of sockets connected by a connection rib(154) in width and longitudinal directions of a tray, wherein the socket has a female screw on the inner peripheral surface, a circular rib(151) on the outer peripheral surface, a flange at the lower part. Each socket unit is located at the position corresponding to the width of the tray. The flange is fixed on a mold(100) by a nail. The upper part of the socket is connected to an end cap(155). The mold(100) is removed after curing a ceiling slab(40) by casting concrete on the mold(100). A hanger(20) having a screw unit(21) at the upper part is screw-coupled with the socket at the desirable position among the plurality of sockets. The tray is fixed to the lower part of the hanger(20) by a fixing bolt.
