摘要 The heat exchanger for an exhaust gas recirculation system, comprises a casing housing pipes for the passage of the gas to be cooled, a cooling unit, heads coupled to the inlet pipe of gas from an exhaust manifold and to the gas outlet pipe connected to an intake manifold of an engine, and a by-pass valve for regulating the passage of the gas towards a body of the exchanger or the intake manifold. The pipes are configured inside the body that is formed by extruded aluminum profiles delimiting the pipes between them. The cooling unit includes a cooling chamber. The heat exchanger for an exhaust gas recirculation system, comprises a casing housing pipes for the passage of the gas to be cooled, a cooling unit, heads coupled to the inlet pipe of gas from an exhaust manifold and to the gas outlet pipe connected to an intake manifold of an engine, and a by-pass valve for regulating the passage of the gas towards a body of the exchanger or the intake manifold. The pipes are configured inside the body that is formed by extruded aluminum profiles delimiting the pipes between them. The cooling unit includes a cooling chamber located between the body and the casing. The first profiles for forming body comprise an outer profile of annular section with inner radial flanges and an inner profile of annular section with outer radial flanges. Each radial flange of one of the profiles is located between two radial flanges of the other profile and is extended until it enters into contact with the annular part of the other profile. The pipe delimited by the annular section of the inner profile acts as a by-pass pipe and an additional cooling chamber. The second profiles for forming the body comprise an outer profile and an inner profile with parallel flanges, and are configured such that the pipes are delimited between the parallel flanges for the passage of the gas to be cooled. The second profiles are configured to delimit the by-pass pipe between them. The two by-pass pipes of a section in the form of a circular semi-segment are delimited. The third profiles forming the body comprise an outer profile and an inner profile with parallel flanges, and are configured such that the parallel pipes are delimited between the parallel flanges in two separate circuits for the passage of the gas to be cooled. The gas is cooled in a first step in one of the circuits and in a second step in the other circuit. The by-pass valve includes inlet and outlet passage coolants. The outer profile includes a cooling circuit located in its central section and formed by an out going pipe connected to the inlet passage and a return pipe connected to the outlet passage. The out going pipe and the return pipe delimits a plate inserted in a single orifice of the central section. The plate has an offset in rear part to allow the circulation of coolant from the outgoing pipe to the return pipe. The edge of the flanges has a cogged shape.
