摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves providing glasses of different colors and textures and making a design, by utilizing a computer aided design, in a digital file that is compatible with a high pressure cut calculator. The glasses are cut using a high pressure water jet according to predetermined complex shapes and curves. The cut shapes are assembled in an adjacent manner by a resin having a high mechanical resistance. The cut shapes of the glasses are covered by a plastic anti-adhering protection film on the entire surface. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for manufacturing a stained glass that is installed behind an artificially lighted surface (claimed) or mounted on a door or fixed directly inside a frame or adhered on an existing glass. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# High pressure water jet cutting and the assembling of the cut shapes by using the resin allow making a glass design with total liberty. The cut shapes of the glasses are assembled by using the resin such as a metal loaded epoxy type resin, thus providing high resistance and ensuring better sealing of the assembly. The method allows manufacturing the glass in a simple and rapid manner, thus reducing the manufacturing cost of the glass. The cut shapes of the glasses can be assembled in an easy manner without manual intervention. The resin provided between the shapes of the glass avoids any excessive thickness with respect to the stain glass and hence permits the installation of the stain glass on the existing glass without the need for a modification of the frame.
