<p>A folding type inter-labium pad capable of preventing a wearer from almost receiving use feeling even if a pressure is applied to the inter-labium pad from the outside according to the action of the wearer. A pressure distribution means (11) which, when a pressure is applied from a vestibulum floor to areas (2) across the pleat of the inter-labium pad (10), repulsing the pressure to prevent the pressure from being directly conducted to the vestibulum floor is formed in the areas (2) of the inter-labium pad (10) across the pleat thereof.
