An automatic folder type triangular chair having a phosphorescent triangular safety signboard is provided to perform a triangular safety signboard and a triangular chair function by improving a structure of a triangular chair. A triangular chair has a folding/unfolding structure including six semicircular aluminum bars. The triangular chair of a folding state is automatically changed to the triangular chair of an unfolding state when a user pushes a jack of the triangular chair. A triangular section of a triangular sheet is processed by a phosphorescent material. The triangular section of the triangular sheet is protected by using a thin silicon film. A middle sheet is formed with a mesh structure in order to reduce wind resistance.
