#CMT# #/CMT# The transponder has a band (1) comprising transversal bands each composed of two surfaces in which one surface supports a silicon unit. The other surface is very fine and permits to implement a bobbin (7) of the transponder. A ferrite rod (3) is positioned below a fine part of a transversal band (4). The bobbin is made of a non-insulated metal wire and is formed of tens of non joint turns, and connected on respective pads (8, 9) by an electric welding. An assembly of the rod and the coil turns is integrated in a glass ampoule, where the transponder uses a frequency of 13.56 megahertz. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for being implanted in a laboratory animal such as cat, dog, horse, lab mouse, bird, small fish, for performing identification of the laboratory animal. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The transponder utilizes the frequency of 13.56 megahertz, thus permitting to reduce the size of the size of the bobbin, so that the transponder can be implanted in a very small animal e.g. mouse, in an easy manner. The transponder can be manufactured in a simple and automated manner, so that its manufacturing cost can be reduced in a better manner. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows a shape of a silicon unit and a bobbin of an implantable transponder. 1 : Band 3 : Ferrite rod 4 : Transversal band 7 : Bobbin 8, 9 : Pads.
|
