<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The system has an ultrasonic sensor that is coupled to a radiofrequency identification (RFID) tag which receives an information from the sensor, if a boat is detected. The tag is fixed in the boat and the sensor is verified by a reader placed in a port. The sensor sends its state change information to the tag and is supplied by a battery for few seconds and disconnected from the battery for few minutes alternatively. The information is transmitted between the tag and the reader by broadband local wireless network and transferred to a supervisor of a harbor`s master office. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for management techniques for boat by radiofrequency identification. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for identifying and detecting the presence, absence and authorization of a boat e.g. quay boat, at the level of an entrance of a port e.g. marina, and on a floating dock. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The information is transmitted by the broadband local wireless network and transferred to the supervisor of the harbor`s master office in real time, so that the system can be utilized directly via Internet network for permitting the interconnection between the marinas for facilitating the management of them. The sensor is supplied for few seconds and not supplied for several minutes by the battery, thus increasing the life duration of the battery for several years. The data transmission can be performed to long distances even in extreme environmental conditions such as dust, filth, water, mist, haze, spray and metallic mass. The tag is fixed in the boat such that it can be removed only by utilizing a specific tool. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows the components of a boat management system. `(Drawing contains non-English language text)`.</p> |
