An inter-labial pad from which no body fluid is leaked even when a body fluid is egested outside the body and reaches a dress-side edge face of absorbent member. There is provided an inter-labial pad capable of body fluid absorption worn with the entirety or a part thereof interposed between the labia pudendi of the wearer, characterized in that in the state of being worn, a liquid hardly permeable barrier portion capable of receiving outflowing body fluid is disposed in the position down in the vertical direction below the vaginal floor lying in the back of the inter-labial interior.
