A contents providing system using phone ordering is provided to enable a user to automatically download contents introduced on TV to the user's computer through a phone while watching or listening to the contents, thus the user does not have to manually search and download the contents. An ordering server(200) sets a connection with a user's phone or mobile communication terminal according to a contents providing request including user information received or detected from the user's phone or mobile communication terminal, and receives inputted contents selection information and payment information in accordance with contents supply to output the received information. A management server(300) processes authentication of the user through the user information, and processes contents ordering and payment outputted from the ordering server(200). A contents providing server(400) stores a lot of contents information, and provides contents ordered or paid by the management server(300) or download route information of the contents to a user computer(100).
