A structure for constructing a column of a structure using a stacking type column wall body and a construction method thereof are provided to reduce the working hour by constructing the columns with ores and to prevent the moisture in the concrete from being leaked by placing the packing between the ore column walls. A structure for constructing a column of a structure using a stacking type column wall body is composed of upper and lower bases(10a,10b) constructed at the lower surface of a ceiling concrete(16) of the upper surface and the upper-most end of a lower-most end floor concrete(12) of reinforcing bars(14) and formed with a recessed groove(11a) and a projection part; plural ore column walls(20) formed with recessed and projection parts(22,24) at the upper and lower parts and vertically laminated without front/rear and left/right clearances by the combination of the recessed and projection parts; a packing(30) inserted in the combination area of the recessed and projection parts; and a temporary member(40) having the same inner perimeter shape as the outer appearance of the column body. A protection member(42) is hung in the temporary material.
