A steam jet type gas probe is provided to secure a continuous gas analyzing process while reducing cost for installation in various processes such as a cement process or a special incineration process. In a steam jet type gas probe, a steam inhaling unit(110) includes a steam line(104) and a steam nozzle(106), wherein the steam line is mounted on one side to supply the steam and the steam nozzle is mounted on the other side, into which a mixture of the steam of the steam line and a process gas of a process line flows. A first water trap(120) forms an atmosphere gas designated for an object of gas analysis among the process gas by diluting the mixture gas, supplied from the steam inhaling unit, with the water and dividing obstacle substances such as a dust. A gas sampler(140) analyzes an element of the gas by collecting the atmosphere gas among the mixture gas of the first water trap.
