The lamp, comprising a condenser (1) with Fresnel prisms (10 - 18) and a printed circuit board (2) with white (3) and red (4) diodes to illuminate the condenser, has the white diodes positioned on a level with the prism focus zones (F0 - F8), and the red ones adjacent to them and offset a short distance away from the focal zones. The condenser has a central prism (10) surrounded by eight outer prisms (11 - 18) in pairs: two at the top, two at the bottom and two on each side.
