The head has a pipe (2) defining a main passage (200) supplied with a base material and including three tubes, and another pipe (3) disposed concentrically around the former pipe. The pipe (3) is supplied with a gel composition and has an annular output opening surrounding an output opening (2b) of the passage to apply a superficial layer of the composition around the material. A third pipe (4) defines another passage (400) and is supplied with a garnishing material, where an output opening (4b) of the latter passage is adapted to orient fibers of the base material in a random manner.
