PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimal tool for blood vessel embolus capable of being stably fixed to the inner wall of a blood vessel and being excellently visually recognized with a fluoroscopic image, where the rapid coagulation of the blood is considered. SOLUTION: The tool for blood vessel embolus is obtained by connecting six linear parts 1-6 in 4 mm length to be one body via five bending parts 7-11, for example. The first and fifth bending parts 11 at both the ends are substantially overlapped and the plurality of linear parts are connected to be one body via the respective bending parts, so as to the tool for close the blood vessel embolus in a substantially diamond shape in a plane view. The tool for blood vessel embolus comprises: a core wire 12 made of nitlnol with the wire diameter of 0.075 mm extending over the whole length of the tool; winding wires 13 made of platinum with the wire diameter of 0.08 mm wound around the respective linear parts of the core wire 12; and blood coagulation promoting members 14 arranged in the winding wire winding parts.
