PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform effective notification in a slave station apparatus in a radio communication system where a center station apparatus A and slave station apparatuses B, C communicate with each other by radio. SOLUTION: In the center station apparatus, a transmission means 1 transmits character message information to be worked by a slave station apparatus to the slave station apparatus by radio. In the slave station apparatus, a storage means stores information to be used for working, an acquisition means 26 acquires the information to be used for working, a reception means 21 receives the character message information, a working means works the received character message information using the stored information or acquired information, and notification means 23, 24 notify contents of the character message information produced by working.
