PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of an imaging device capable of easily acquiring an image similar to a picked-up image obtained through specified photography with specified photographic magnification. SOLUTION: When a shutter release button 4 of the imaging device is operated (half-pressed) after, for example, a button B1 is selected to set photographic magnification of a 135 film system to unmagnification (×1), a trimming frame TF is superimposed on a life-view image PI on a display screen DS and this trimming frame TF indicates a photographic range of photography with specified photographic magnification using the 135 film. Then, an image in the trimming frame TF is trimmed after primary photography and then an image similar to a picked-up image obtained through the photography with the specified photographic magnification using the 135 film can easily be obtained.
