PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jumper connector enabling signal detection by a probe or the like while preventing short-circuiting of a circuit. SOLUTION: The jumper connector is provided with a conductive wire 2 electrically connecting a plurality of terminals on a printed board, and an insulating pedestal member 3 equipped with a base part 31 with through-holes 34 for inserting the conductive wires into arranged in parallel with a given interval and side walls 32, 33 set in protrusion from the base part 31 along a direction in which the through-holes 34 are arranged in parallel.
