The communication partner (B) is assigned an animating icon, where the icon is stored on a user interface of a terminal of a communication partner. Data is stored for graphical representation of the icons in the peripheral device, so that the communication partner (A) connects with its terminal for producing the communication connection. An independent claim is also included for a peripheral device for use in a communication system.
