A device and a method for manufacturing a heating sheet are provided to realize a simplification of manufacturing by fabricating a copper line and a carbon thread with a knitting of a fiber thread at once and a woven surface to be consecutively cut with a wanted dimension. In a device for manufacturing a heating sheet(10), a knitting unit makes a fiber thread(110) to be woven in horizontal and vertical directions. A carbon thread supply unit makes a carbon thread(210) to be fabricated with the fiber thread(110) at once by arranging and supplying the carbon thread(210) in a horizontal direction in concurrence with a knitting of the knitting unit. A copper line supply unit makes a copper line(310) to be fabricated with the carbon and fiber threads(110,210) at once by arranging and supplying the copper line(310) for a power supply in a vertical direction in concurrence with the knitting of the knitting unit. A surface paper adhering unit is attached to a surface of bottom and top of the heating sheet. A cutting unit cuts the heating sheet(10) in accordance with a shape of a seat board and a back board of a vehicle while including the copper line(310). A cable connection unit connects a cable to the copper line(310) for applying power to the heating sheet(10) of the cut seating and back boards. |
