Disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions, comprising one or more salts of formula 1, wherein X- is an anion with a single negative charge, combined with one or more steroids. The compositions may be used for preparing medicaments for the treatment of inflammatory and/or obstructive respiratory complaints.
