<p>PURPOSE: A chain tension controlling device is provided to control tension of a chain by controlling clearance of a sprocket through a nut and to prevent deformation of the chain by installing an elastic unit between a support frame and the nut. CONSTITUTION: A chain tension controller comprises a support frame(10) having a chain tension controller(12) on a side portion; a holder(20) rotationally supporting a rotational shaft(32) of a slave sprocket(26); a tension rod(22) penetrating the support frame by being fixed on an outer portion of the holder; male screw thread(28) formed on the tension rod; a belleville spring(30) inserted to the tension rod; and a nut(24) pressuring the belleville spring by being supported through a frame supporting face(34). Thereby, the chain tension controller prevents deformation of the chin by installing a spring between the support frame and the nut controlling clearance of a sprocket.</p> |
