A method for easily mass-producing ginsenoside Mc and Mc-1 is provided to obtain the ginsenoside Mc and Mc-1 with high purity and high yield through enzymatic reaction of ginsenoside Rc. The method for preparing ginsenoside Mc and Mc-1 comprises a step of reacting ginsenoside Rc, which is a panaxadiol-based ginsenoside, with at least one enzyme selected from the group consisting of alpha-galactosidase, pectinase, cellulase, lactase and hesperidinase, wherein the reaction condition is a reaction temperature of 10-80 deg.C, pH of 2.0-8.0, substrate concentration of 0.001-10wt.%, enzyme concentration of 0.0001-10wt.%, and reaction time of 5-1,500 hours.
