A two-stroke diesel engine is provided to simplify the configuration of the engine by replacing slave devices of a cam and components of an electronic control valve with a hydraulic rotation cam and a hydraulic cam cylinder. A two-stroke diesel engine comprises a cam cylinder(150) and a rotation cam(100). The cam cylinder has an inner surface on which a plurality of forward/reverse rotation hydraulic ports are axially formed, so that high pressure working fluid flows into the cam cylinder by a hydraulic pump(30) which operates in conjunction with a crankshaft(40) and a power transmission unit(36,42,101) and the working fluid is supplied to a fuel injection pump driving unit(50) and an exhaust valve driving unit(60), or the residual pressure is discharged to a storage tank(11). The rotation cam is arranged in the cam cylinder and rotates in conjunction with the crankshaft. The rotation cam has an outer surface on which a plurality of forward/reverse rotation grooves are axially formed so as to connect or cut the hydraulic ports formed on the cam cylinder and open/close flow of hydraulic oil.
