<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing composite one-way clutch capable of preventing partial wear of a sprag under high speed conditions and provided with a pair of rolling bearings to reduce manufacturing cost comparatively. <P>SOLUTION: This bearing composite one-way clutch 1 is provided with a one-way clutch mechanism 10 incorporating a sprag 4 and a cage 5 between the outer periphery of an inner ring 2 and the inner periphery of an outer ring 3 and forming cylindrical engaging faces 6a, 6b at the outer periphery of the inner ring 2 and the inner periphery of the outer ring 3. Rolling bearings 20, 30 supporting the inner ring 2 and the outer ring 3 are provided on both sides in the axial direction of the one-way clutch mechanism 10. The cage 5 is fixed to the inner ring 2, and the rolling bearing 20 on one side is the cylindrical roller bearing. Its raceway surfaces 22a, 22b are formed at the outer periphery of the inner ring 2 and the inner periphery of the outer ring 3. Diameters of the raceway surfaces 22a, 22b and the engaging faces 6a, 6b are the same to form them on the inner and outer rings 2, 3 in series.
