摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which has less heat generation in the use under high-frequency high alternating voltage or direct current high voltage condition even if a laminated ceramic capacitor produced therefrom is downsized and is enlarged in capacity, has high insulation resistivity at high temperatures and has a dielectric constant comparable to that of the conventional capacitor, and also to provide a laminated ceramic capacitor using the above composition. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition comprises mainly a compound represented by general formula, (Ba<SB>1-x</SB>Ca<SB>x</SB>)<SB>m</SB>TiO<SB>3</SB>-t(Ba<SB>1-x</SB>Ca<SB>x</SB>)<SB>m</SB>ZrO<SB>3</SB>(wherein 0&le;x&le;0.20, 0.99&le;m&le;1.05 and 0.2<t&le;0.4), and based on 100 pts. mol of (Ba<SB>1-x</SB>Ca<SB>x</SB>)<SB>m</SB>TiO<SB>3</SB>in the above main component, the composition contains 0.5-3.5 pts. mol of Mn, 3-12 pts. mol of Re (Re is at least one element selected from Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Lu), 1-7 pts. mol of Mg, and further based on 100 pts.wt. of (Ba<SB>1-x</SB>Ca<SB>x</SB>)<SB>m</SB>TiO<SB>3</SB>, contains 0.8-5 pts.wt. of SiO<SB>2</SB>, and Sr is substantially not contained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
