<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of trousers for caregiving free from the need of completely taking off and bringing less exposing extent when changing a diaper, enabling a caregiver to easily perform attaching and detaching work and caregiving process, and preventing a care receiver from unconsciously taking off and putting the hands into the trousers. <P>SOLUTION: This pair of trousers for caregiving comprises adopting means as follows: First, a rise on the center of a back body can be separated to a waist part with a fastener. Second, an auxiliary waist belt of a length extending to right and left waist parts is detachably attached to the inside of the separated waist part with a hook-and-loop fastener [Magic tape (R)]. Third, the right and left waist parts are fixed to the nearly center of the auxiliary waist belt with fastenings which are set on the vicinity of the end of the right and left waist parts and cannot be unconsciously removed.
