PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold structure for complex molding which can enhance the degree of freedom of the molded shape and costs low. SOLUTION: In the mold structure 1, the core mold 3 is arranged movably to the cavity mold 2 and the cavity 5 is formed between the both molds. The cavity mold 2 is split into the lower mold 21 and the upper mold 22 as sandwiching the slide core 4, and the slide core 4 can block the middle by protruding in the cavity 5. In such a state that the lower mold 21, core mold 3 and slide core 4 enclose the lower cavity 51, the lower trim 71 is molded, thereafter in such a state that the slide core 4 is retreated from the cavity 5 and the upper mold 22 is lowered, the upper trim 72 is molded, and thus the door trim 7 is formed by the composite molding. Further, the core mold 3 is provided with the retreatable averting core 31, and when the upper mold 22 moves, its interfering with the core mold 3 is prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
