PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of surely preventing the forgettable attachment of a rubber system sealing material corresponding to an O-ring in a sealing part of a storage battery. SOLUTION: A rubber circular member 15 having a wooden doll-like cross section is integrally formed to a lid body 12. The rubber circular member 15 is joined to PET films 32, 32 by the action of adhesive layers 33, 33. Since the joining is strong, the rubber circular member 11 does not come out of the lid body 12 in use. Since the rubber circular member corresponding to the O-ring is integrally installed to the lid body, an anxiety of the fogettable attachment or the missing of the rubber circular member is not caused.
