PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag with a binding part which can be easily and linearly unsealed and has a function of re-sealing its opening after unsealed. SOLUTION: The packaging bag (B) with a binding part is made of a laminate film comprising at least a base material film and a sealant film laminated from the exterior, has its periphery heat-sealed into a bag shape, is equipped with a strap (6) to serve as a binding part in the vicinity of the upper end, and can be re-sealed in its opening by a separated binding part (A) after unsealed.
