PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve roll restraining control precision of a roll restraining apparatus. SOLUTION: In the front and rear stabilizer ECUs, (B4) the height of the center of gravity is calculated on the basis of the vehicle height read out by B1. (B6) A wheel load is calculated on the basis of an effective pressurized area of an air spring acquired by B2 on the basis of the vehicle height read out, and an air spring internal pressure (B5). (B7) A sprung mass is calculated on the basis of the wheel load. Roll moment is calculated on the basis of the height of the center of the gravity, the sprung mass, lateral acceleration (B10 to B13), and other vehicle specifications (B15). Thus, roll restraining moment being generated by a stabilizer device is decided (B16). A rotational angle of an actuator of the stabilizer device required to generate the roll suppressing moment is calculated (B17) and output (B18). In the roll restraining apparatus, the roll restraining control precision can be improved by taking into consideration a change in the height of the center of the gravity.
