PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-proof connector for branch circuits having a simple structure and a low cost which is capable of completing the wiring work as well in the indoors as in the outdoors simply and surely. SOLUTION: This water-proof connector for branch circuits comprises a first plastic body which has a plurality of housing sections separated from each other with partitions and has a plurality of insertion holes for terminal rods in the bottom wall in each housing section; a plurality of small terminal members each of which has a connection terminal structure and is mounted in each housing section in maintaining its plural insertion holes in alignment with respect to the insertion holes in the bottom wall; and a second plastic body which is bonded on the opening side of the first plastic body.
