PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a program for reproducing dynamic contents, capable of retrieving dynamic contents such as music having no lyric data, and partially reproducing, retrieving and selecting the dynamic contents with small amount of information necessary for partial reproduction. SOLUTION: The music player 10 as a dynamic content reproducing device is provided with a reproduction section 14 for reproducing dynamic contents, an input section 13 also serving as a display section for specifying an arbitrary partial reproduction range of dynamic contents and selecting a dynamic contents to be controlled from a plurality of dynamic contents saved in a management section 12, and a control section 11 performing control so as to partially reproduce the partial reproduction range where the selected dynamic content is specified by the reproduction section 14.
