METHOD AND DEVICE FOR IMPROVING USAGE EFFICIENCY OF DATA BUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving usage efficiency of a data bus. SOLUTION: A bus system comprising a bus for transferring data is provided with a device connected to the bus for transferring the data. The device comprises a function module having the data needing transfer on a bus and a first-in first-out device (FIFO) connected between the function module and the bus. When the FIFO is equipped, waiting data from the function module are stored in association with a bus request (BUS_REQ) for transferring the data on the bus before the bus is authorized by a function part. An upper hierarchy data in the FIFO always drive the bus so that transfer is immediately carried out on the bus when the bus is authorized by the device or the function module.
