PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely attain photographing as satisfactory as microscopic-photographing using a single-lens reflex camera. SOLUTION: A mount 5a, whose structure is the same as that of an interchangeable lens for a single-lens reflex camera, is formed at one axial end of a cylindrical lens barrel 5, and at the other axial end of the lens barrel, a screw part 5b to which a general-purpose microscopic objective lens 8 can be attached is formed; then, the single-lens reflex camera and the microscopic objective lens are mounted on the lens barrel. The axial length of the lens barrel is set so that an imaging position by the objective lens becomes a film surface. A diaphragm switching lever 12 is arranged near the lens 8a of the objective lens, and a small aperture hole and an open aperture hole are arranged separately in the lever. When a microscopic video is viewed, the open aperture is selected, then the image can be viewed through the finder of the single-lens reflex camera, on the other hand, in photographing, the small aperture is selected; then a proper image having large depth of field can be photographed easily and surely by the single-lens reflex camera.
