PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve having reduced cost for checking its stand-alone function, and to provide a fluid device having improved sealing performance. SOLUTION: The check valve C comprises a valve seat member 10 formed of a plate material and a valve seat 12 formed by plating work and provided thereon with a tapered face 12c on which a valve element 30 is seated. A socket portion 20 is previously fixed to the valve seat member 10 before mounted on a mounting site. The fluid device A comprises a stepped portion 122a formed in a flow path 120.
