PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for manufacturing a corrugated sheet having holes to be used for a metallic support of a catalytic converter, which system can improve the productivity by eliminating defects in a forming process, such as the buckling of the corrugated sheet and the jamming of materials. SOLUTION: The positions of the peaks and the holes of the corrugated sheet 1 having the holes are detected by means of a hole position detecting section 41. Further, when a hole position judging section 42 has judged that the detected positions of the peaks and the holes nearly coincide with each other on the same ridge of the corrugated sheet 1, the positions of the holes shifted up to the neighborhood of the peaks of the corrugated sheet 1 having the holes are returned to the positions of flat portions 4 by controlling the feed of the corrugated sheet material by outputting a material supply shifting signal.
