PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical tube capable of preventing an accident of tube pullout by a unborn baby in an amniotic fluid cavity shunt procedure. SOLUTION: The medical tube includes expansible parts 5, 6 at a flow-in end 2 and a flow-out end 4, by which the membrane part of a urinary bladder 33A is held by pressure and the movement of the tube from the membrane part of the urinary bladder 33A is restricted. Both the expansible parts 5, 6 are formed with an expansible tube element which follows the change of thickness of the urinary bladder 33A in a state where the tube is mounted. Accordingly, the middle part 3 of the tube is prevented from protruding (exposing) to a body surface side in a state where the tube is mounted onto the membrane part of the urinary bladder 33A.
