PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion mitigating the stress in the occipital bone, the cervical vertebra, the vertebrae thoracicae, the vertebrae lumbales, and the pelvis, improved in portability and having therapeutic effects and other applications by solving a problem that a conventional multipurpose cushion has just limited portions corresponding to the body and its usage is limited. SOLUTION: A cushion is divided, their using directions and corresponding portions are determined for facilitating its use, a part corresponding to the central part of the body is formed into a recess, and a pillow part is symmetrically and compactly designed into the a front/rear cradle type so as to store the occipital bone therein, reduce the discomfort when being used as bedding for the front/rear of the vertebrae thoracicae and the pelvis in sitting position, and be used for stretching and correction.
