A system for controlling a mobile communication terminal on a TV screen and a control method therefor are provided to connect a TV with the mobile communication terminal by using a terminal external device capable of controlling the terminal on the TV screen and offer a confirming and editing service of a received moving picture and text message by using a large screen of the TV. A mobile communication terminal transmits and receives voice signals and text messages, and performs wireless Internet communication. A docking station(5) is connected with the mobile communication terminal, adds information transmitted from the mobile communication terminal to a TV image signal, and transmits the TV image signal. A TV(6) is connected with the docking system(5), and indicates a terminal state request. A PC(7) is connected with the docking system, and downloads a program.
